After two years of eating at the other adequate Thai eateries in Prescott, why did I wait so long for Chai's? I'm pinching myself for not coming here sooner.

The Panang curry is one of the best I've had anywhere (including Asia), definitely the best in Prescott. All of the veggies were cooked just right, the keffir lime leaves were what makes it distinguishable from just a red curry, and the portion was huge, especially for $10.  It wasn't too thick, wasn't too thin/watery, wasn't too oily...all issues I've encountered with other Prescott curries.

So, obviously, I'll be eating my way through their menu. You should, too.

The location (mall food court) is a little odd, a little desolate, but just appreciate the juxtaposition, and all the older people playing boardgames, and the nice open feel of the dining room. As a small American town, it's a miracle we have an open mall at all; let's not let it close down, ok?

Important: for those who like the spiciness level to be Thai hot, they will make a 6 or 7 on their 1-5 scale.

Amazing authentic food! The fresh rolls (no tofu for me) are so good! All vegetables, extremely fresh and healthy.
The homemade dipping (green) sauce is wonderful.
The owners and the others that work there are very friendly as well :) Definitely check it out if you are around the mall.

I agree with all the other reviews. This place is so good. Again, inside the mall food court,  but well worth it. Food is not in hot dishes all in a row, it is made fresh to order and you can tell. Picked up our food to go and drove an additional 20 minutes prior to eating it and it was still steaming hot and fresh. Food is great, I highly recommend this place.

This is a treasure at Gateway Mall.  One of the best Pad Thai dishes I have ever had.  If you haven't eaten here, you've missed really good food.  Smiling, friendly and really good food and service!

Wow first time here and is amazing! We got fresh rolls very yummie w mint in them, I had garlic chicken level 1 and my husband had ginger chicken level 3. Wow wow wow everything is cooked to perfection!  Lots of garlic in mine which is how I love it. My husband had lots of julienne strips of ginger. He also tried the Thai tea and that was yummie. We will be back.
